These Terms govern access to and use of the BlancAI platform. By accessing the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Execution of any Order Form automatically incorporates the BlancAI Master Subscription Agreement, available on request at help@blancai.io.
BlancAI provides AI-driven recruitment automation as described on the site and any mutually executed Order Form.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and use the services only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the platform; interfere with its operation; remove proprietary notices; or use it for unlawful or competitive purposes.
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in the Order Form. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Standard support is provided by email or Slack during business hours (Eastern Time, US federal holidays excluded). Target response time is one business day. Detailed uptime commitments appear in the MSA or any separate Service Level Agreement.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Data processing is governed by the DPA. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used.
BlancAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all upgrades and derivatives. Customer retains ownership of its own data.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BlancAI disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlancAI’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BlancAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Terms remain in effect while you use the services. Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of written notice, or immediately for non-payment. Upon termination you must stop using the platform and delete any confidential materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
BlancAI may update these Terms by posting a revised version online at least ten days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
